Great little Port Salerno Post Office! Great service, never crowded.

Is there a way to give it zero stars? I hate this post office, it's literally in sync with my work schedule so it's extremely inconvenient for me to get anything done including pick up my packages from my P.O. box before OR after work (SO I end up taking extended lunch breaks to get my mail! And making up time at work) and WHEN I do find the time in my day to come and be a productive human being for 5 minutes, I'm greeted my a rude clearly unhappy Post office mail person (idk what they're called) who JUST doesn't seem to care that I was talking to her almost seemed angry I was there. So yeah. I hate this place. You guys need to hire some people that are willing to work weekends part time like maybe college students or high school students if possible, to maximize time and get more done. I know there are other post offices that ARE open on saturdays and sundays. Why not be one so EVERYONE can get their mail?

Freindly

Funny, I called the PO in Stuart and they answered on the 2nd ring, then told me I had to speak to someone at the Port Salerno location.

Not answering phones at the post office is unacceptable!

I've been trying to contact this PO by phone to address a Delivery Notification. Their phone rings 10 times and then hangs up. I've got over an hour just trying to speak with someone. What a joke.

They Suck.

Ok, so 3 months later I'm attempting to reach Port Salerno again by phone, It's impossible. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!

Why can they not answer the phone? They either take it off the hook so it's gives a busy signal OR they answer and put you on hold and never come back OR they just do not answer. After being put on hold & then never having them come back, I called again and got it to ring-lucky me. I proceeded to let it ring-and ring-and ring. I put it on speaker and it rang at least 50 times! I loved every minute! Yep, they couldn't take it and finally picked up and answered! Talk about RUDE. They prove time and time again they just don't care because they have a government job. I am now buying my stamps on Amazon or getting them at Publix. I ship my packages with Fed Ex.

Thumbs up!
